Since 2020, Sunlight Spirit Retreats has offered workshops and events with leading practitioners embracing emotional well being such as meditation, mindfulness, and overall personal growth.  As part of the long-term vision of Sunlight Spirit Retreats, we believe that it is important to serve our communities through programs that help people create, cultivate, and sustain a life of well-being, balance, and self-discovery. 

Sunlight Talent, a division of Sunlight Spirit Retreats, is hosting a Talent Show Contest at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg on Sunday, April 21st.  The family-friendly event will showcase local singers, dancers, and comedians. The top three performers will be awarded cash prizes; $1000 1st Place, $500 2nd Place And $250 3rd Place.

The event will include a raffle drawing, with 100% of the funds raised donated to The American Institute of Stress in support of National Stress Awareness Month.
